Why is GA not displaying the user's navigation through the site (WIX)?

Good afternoon!
Please help me figure out how to track user activity on a site created on WIX.
We installed GA via GTM, but faced with the fact that the movement of users between the pages of the site is not transferred to GA.
Problem: the user went to the main page of the site www.website.ru/, then he went to page 2 - www.website.ru/shop , BUT in GA we only get information that the user went to the page www.website.ru/ and remains on it, although in fact it is already on another page.
The tag is active on all pages of the site. When a user updates the site while on the page www.website.ru/shop , the information about his location on www.website.ru/shop is already included in GA.
The need to place the counter on the site through GTM is due to the further need to configure events.
What can be configured incorrectly? WIX technical support stubbornly does not understand the essence of the problem ..
