Why is form submit not working?

Faced the following problem:

There is a form, in it inputs and any other crap. At input (for example) onBlur at me the form is saved. And the problem is this: if I entered something into the input and without removing the focus I click on submit, then onBlur will work and onSubmit will not work. Who faced? Where to dig?
