Why is Firebase not receiving SMS to some numbers?

Recently, SMS has stopped coming to some numbers.
First, at the customer, he has a beeline operator. Then I decided to check it - it doesn’t come to me either, the beeline operator.
But from a friend that from Kazakhstan, who also has a beeline operator, everything came.
And familiar with the tele-2, it also happened to him.

The domain is naturally connected, did not change anything, everything worked and just stopped at some point.
I did not exceed the daily quota (well, it comes to Kazakhstan and on body-2).

I don’t know where to look at least some logs and whether I need to send my SMS sending code (it’s normal, and again, some numbers come, so the problem is most likely not in it).

I'll throw off all the information that will be needed, until I just don't know what exactly is needed.

Wangyu - the operator has a problem.
Through which gateway do you send the SMS? Or your gateway?
