Why is favicon not showing in serp?

All requirements are met, I am absolutely sure from the technical side there are no problems. Why doesn't it show? How to push it into the issue?

The fact is that the favicon is not yet indexed. When I faced the same problem (all requirements were met, but there was a notification in the webmaster about the absence of Favicon), I wrote to those. Yandex support, to which Platon Schukin replied:

The message is displayed in Webmaster because the favicon is not yet in the search. The webmaster checks for its availability in the current database, and not on the site. The robot bypassed your favicon, and it was loaded into the new version of the database, but Webmaster does not see it yet. Shortly after the database is updated, the favicon will appear in the search, and the message will disappear.
