Why is facebook debugger not reading image?

I add a facebook "share" button to the site I write in meta tags:

<meta property="og:url" content="http://mysite.com/en/act/testshare">
<meta property="og:image" content="http://mysite.com/dev/mysiteres/img/testpic.jpg">

The debugger throws an error:

The 'og:image' property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.

How to fix this error?
