Why is DOMContentLoaded not working and how to fix it?

There is a site on laravel + Vue, GoogleTagManager is connected to it, in the admin panel of which the Marquiz script is connected.
And this is how the HOUSE tree looks like with scripts connected to it. But for some reason DOMContentLoaded does not work here. Why and how can I fix it?

If the document was loaded before this script was inserted, then it will not work.
