Why is django smuggler throwing a 500 error?

Installed django-smuggler on my combat server. When you try to execute sitename.ru/admin/dump, a Server Error (500) occurs. On the LAN, everything works correctly and the json file download immediately starts.
Could you tell me in which direction to dig so that the error does not appear?

Generally. There is no support for django 1.10 yet, a content processor is required, which was released in version 10.
