Why is DigitalOcean rejecting the card?

Hello! Maybe someone knows how to add a map to DigitalOcean? I tried 3 different cards, a Tinkoff bank card, a Qiwi bank, a Yandex money bank, all 3 cards are debit cards. It just rejects and that's it, I wrote to the support, they said, they say, write to your bank, the problem is on their side.

DO does not accept debit cards, google digialocean debit card and see for yourself. It will come through PayPal.
