Why is DCcduino Uno not flashing?

There is a DCcduino uno r3 that does not want to be flashed. Either gives an error

avrdude: Yikes! Invalid device signature.
Double check connections and try again, or use -F to override
this check.

Or
avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00

In the process of googling, I came across all sorts of crazy tips like closing contacts on the board, there was also a proposal to reflash the bootloader, but so far there is nothing, and is it necessary?

@Neuroware

the usb-ttl adapter is used without reset support, it is solved by jumpers, this is so, but you can simply restart the duina after starting the firmware
