Why is cron not working in VPS Vesta?

Hello. Through the Vesta panel, I create a cron task to start the script execution, but the script does not start. Although if you follow the link through the browser, it works, but not through cron.
Here is the task:
/usr/bin/php /home/admin/web/site.ru/public_html/cron/subscription.php Specified
to run every day at 08:00

Run first from the console, then transfer to cron.
The browser may be using a different version of PHP.
