Why is conditional formatting not coloring the entire line?

Task:
If you select the desired value in the cell, the entire line should be filled with the desired color.

Doesn't work:
Only one cell is filled , even though the range contains the entire string . Why is that?

Here a formula is suitable in which the column is rigidly set by the dollar, but the current row is taken (1)
=$AA1="Записана в группу"
The range in this case can be made A7: D - formatting will be applied to all rows
