Why is com.google.android.gms.location.LocationClient not visible?

Good day.
I've been hitting the tambourine all day to no avail, after updating the sdk the project does not see the LocationClient.
Intellij IDEA development environment, I add as usual:
Import Module -> google-play-services_lib I add the
library and the google-play-services_lib module to my project module.
It does not see com.google.android.gms.location.LocationClient while other classes like com.google.android.gms.location.LocationListener and import com.google.android.gms.location.LocationRequest are visible.

LocationClient removed from services_lib b and replaced with FusedLocationProviderApi and GeofencingApi
