Why is Attiny not flashing?

I decided to start programming such microcontrollers as Attiny. In stock Attiny85.
I want to make computer control based on it. I took all the information from an excellent article on cxem.net/ik/2-20.php
Faced the following problem. At the stage "Calibration of the clock generator" I try to upload the sketch "Interactive_to_Serial_with_Details" to the little Attiny, but errors appear with Serial. If I work on Arduino, then there are no problems with Serial, but if I work with Attiny, then it appears. Haven't found any solutions yet
