Why is apache not responding to a domain name?
Good day)
The situation is as follows:
The site is on a virtual machine in Google Cloud. IP is virtual.
The domain was transferred to google domains.
The site is pinged from outside both by IP and by domain, nslookup returns a normal IP.
Locally, the site is opened by domain name and by IP.
It opens from outside by IP, by domain name - ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.
It is also curious that you can telnet to the 80th.
I just can't figure out what needs to be done to open it. And in general, is this a problem in apache itself, or is there something wrong with the virtual machine?
What else to attach to clarify the situation?

In general, *.app zone domains require https with a certificate.
Tested your site. The problem is that browsers (Firefox, Chromium) don't want to use http and force it to use https, and you don't have it. At the same time, by IP address http is possible.
Through curl, your site normally responds by name. If you find some old versions of browsers, then it should work there too.
