Why is an empty file created when creating an xlsx file in Yii2 (scotthuangzl/yii2-export2excel)?

Need help, xlsx file export does not work in the VDS server (PHP 7.1.21, Ngnix), but everything works on the virtual and local server (PHP 7.1.12 and Apache),
First it hangs for about a minute and then it is saved.
