Why is ALPN not supported?

Mastering https+http2.
Everything is set up and working, but https://tools.keycdn.com/http2-test says that ALPN is not supported .
openssl version:
OpenSSL 1.0.2k 26 Jan 2017
nginx -V:

nginx version: nginx/1.10.2
built with OpenSSL 1.0.1t  3 May 2016 (running with OpenSSL 1.0.2k  26 Jan 2017)
TLS SNI support enabled
etc ...

I understand that all the conditions for ALPN are met, because openssl version 1.0.2.
The issue of nginx is a little confusing, but it also says that it works through the new version.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thank you.

@neol

Try nginx from backports, there it seems to be built with openssl 1.0.2.
