Why is AddMob ads not working in the app?

I decided to do mobile development, I started small, I created the Calculator and it turned out even nothing, I decided to do everything beautifully and post it on Google Play. I added ads from Google AddMob, tested with test banners, after which I replaced the test ones in the code with real banner IDs created in the AddMob personal account. Uploaded to the Play Store but the ads disappeared. I read on various resources that it should appear soon, but nothing happens, after which I tested it again and everything worked. With real banner ids, Android Studio displays them in a preview when viewing the layout, so in theory everything should work, but in practice it doesn’t. In what a problem I can not understand.

Advertising will appear when stable user requests go to it.
This is protection from unscrupulous publishers.
