Why is a sudden CPU utilization possible in 2017.x versions when editing the code?

Hello.
In versions 2017.x, an unpleasant feature was noticed.
When working with code, when the error analysis engine is triggered online, etc. there is a sharp jump in CPU utilization: let's say you change something in the Java Script user dashboard in a Java EE project.
Everything would be fine, BUT when it is played on a laptop without an outlet nearby, it simply becomes impossible to work.
The question is: does a similar problem reproduce in someone else in this form and how to deal with it?
