Why is a static block duplicated?

There is a static block with banner_left identifier - it is displayed normally on the main page. If you go to the page of any of the categories of goods, this block is duplicated, two such blocks are shown.
Tell me how to fix?

It seems that the re-insertion is registered either in the update layout rules in the admin panel, or in the .xml files of the theme. You can try to determine the cause through block debugging.
