Why is a simple c# file being detected as a trojan?

I decided to learn c# and coded a simple program that displays text in the console. I decided to have fun and throw it to a friend, they say your PC is infected, blah blah blah. Here's what was conceived almost implemented, a friend launched the file and the antivirus program began to swear at it. This really surprised me, I decided to check it myself, and indeed.

Because it's not even an antivirus. In their databases there is a signature with a similar code, here you have the detection and the quality of the product.
