Why is a Python program forced to exit when running in a loop by OS Windows?

My Python program is running in a constant loop. Its functions are to go to email every three minutes and if there are letters, download them, parse and put the data into the SQLite database.
After approximately the same period of time (approximately 1.5 days), a Windows error that is not clear to me pops up:
