Why is a product with Offers loaded as a single item?

When exchanging 1C > Bitrix, some products are loaded as simple ones (without Trading Offers). Corresponding Trade Offers also do not appear on the site. Everything is fine with other products. There are no errors in the exchange logs. Removing the item didn't help. External codes match. There are other Offers in the upload file before and after the problematic Offer, which are loaded normally. The structure of problematic and normal records is the same. Manual start of import on the Bitrix side proceeds normally (when "import.xml" is launched, a single product is created, when "offers.xml" is launched, the product type changes).

Tell me which direction to go.

There are no errors in the log. The only confusing thing is:

Exchange execution process: Processed 168 out of 168 items.
...
Exchange execution process: Processed 163 out of 168 items.

These entries go one after another, but what are these 5 unprocessed elements - it is not written anywhere.
