The problem is that when I did the site transfer already to DLE, there was such a problem as in the picture, before DLE, everything was ok and everything went smoothly, now the latest news is shifting for some reason. What could it be? Tell me please.

Use the developer tools in your browser and look at the generated html and css for this element (and its parent). And it will immediately become clear where to dig! Anything is better than guessing from a picture without any code. Because so far the answer to your question can only be: "because you screwed up somewhere," but this is unlikely to suit you.
