Why files on the site are not connected correctly?

Moved to HTTPS Opencart 2.2
When I open the page https://vr-magazine.ru/vr_dlya_smartfonov/3glasses_d2/ all files are not connected correctly.
The source code says

<link href="catalog/view/theme/lexus_micmart/stylesheet/bootstrap.css" rel="stylesheet" />

but when I click on this link, it tries to open this file at
https://vr-magazine.ru/vr_dlya_smartfonov/3glasses...
which is naturally not there.
How to tell the engine to load files relative to the site root?

It is not enough /that the address is not from the current location, but from the domain
