Why files are not uploaded to the server if the Beeline operator?

Everything works on desktop and mobile browsers, but does not want to work on an iPhone with mobile Internet from Beeline. Site hosting on reg. ru (former agava)
Help at least with a direction where to look for a problem.

Everything was resolved when the hosting was changed. Those. the reason was hosting from reg.ru (server Agave).
