Why files are not uploaded to a project built with angular cli?

Started using angular cli. when the project is built, all components, services, etc. are loaded, but no files are loaded. any json, or just a picture give 404 when trying to load. It seems to me that the problem is with the base-href, but no matter how hard I tried, I can’t set it up.

Problem solved.. If anyone else has this question - the answer is in the angular-cli.json file. All folders must be listed in the assets array
