Why eats a lot of CPU percent?

I have another application of scripts more, and eats less than 3 percent

Perhaps Update is called very often. Even when it's not really necessary. It's just a guess though ;)
while(true) {
text = _text.text;
}
will also decently load the processor.

Потому что луна в козероге. Открываете профайлер и смотрите почему так много. По скриншоту невозможно сказать, что у вас в приложении может кушать ресурсы.
