Why don't two identical commands work in different groups?

There are two groups of commands - add and remove, there are identical balance commands, if you remove one of the commands, then the bot will work, if you leave it, then either add or remove balance does not work. How can this be fixed? To have the same commands.

Let me guess, only the first method works, or only the second method, and if you swap them, the other one starts working?
Rename one of the balance methods, you still specify the name parameter in the decorator.
