Attributes and their values ​​are set.
The prices in each attribute are also set. But! For some reason, when selecting the attribute value name after the "Save" button, the names are not saved (prices are saved). I even tried changing the subject, but it didn't work. I tried to update Woocommerce, then returned to the previous version - it did not help.

Information about the selected attribute is stored in the table wp_postmetain the field with the key attribute_pa_xxx, where xxx is the slug of your attribute, individually for each variety (variation). Check the contents of these entries for consistency.
Also try disabling all third-party plugins to eliminate their influence.
As a recommendation - use transliteration plugins (CyrToLat - for example) of slugs. This will eliminate problems with comparison functions.
