Why don't some functions work in django-admin?

Hello, earlier in other projects some features worked well, but now something happened in horisontal widgets, and "add another SOMETHING" (relational addition) in the admin. In general, the button disappeared and the Sheet became normal. I think it's because of the new version 1.10 that something went wrong. Please, help.
