Why don't redirects always work in EO.WebBrowser?

Hello.
Why don't redirects always work in EO.WebBrowser?
I use a proxy for requests to the same URL from different proxies. But when using LoadRequest or LoadUrl, the redirect does not always wait, and when LoadUrlAndWait, there is an endless loading. With what it can be connected?
