The problem is this: the site works in three languages, the switches switch the main page, i.e. the main ones in Russian and in English and in a third language are displayed, but other pages are not switched, pages are created, but switches on other pages do not work.

Did you by any chance forget to link the pages? Each page should have its translations listed in the Language block (usually below Page attributes). The easiest way to create a translation of a page is to find an existing one in the main language and add a translation into the required languages ​​​​in the Language block - this way the pages will be connected to each other.
