Why don't pwa plugins work?

I tried to make pva using pwabuilder . But an error popped up

pwabuilder-sw.js:1 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Request failed

Here are the first 3 lines of this file:

Then I tried (not at the same time) PWA for WP & AMP and Super Progressive Web Apps plugins . In their tinctures, there were green checkmarks everywhere, they say everything works well. But lighthouse writes:

I did not understand the plugins, but the problem is solved. I took a service worker from another site and connected it to the root of my site
