Why don't nodes from their vlan ping the vlan's virtual interface on the switch?

4 vlans are configured (North, West. South, East at numbers 12, 9, 6, 3 respectively), computers no longer see each other from different vlans and thank God, but also do not see (do not ping) their vlan interfaces. But the truth is there is one vlan from which PCs see the vlan interface. Right now it may not be clear, I will try to briefly explain. Below is the topology.

All computers inside their vlans ping each other. PC1-2, 5-8 do not ping any vlan interface. PC3-4 ping the interface of their own vlan, but others do not ping, which is logical. IP, mask for PC1-8 and for vlan interfaces on the switch are configured correctly. For example, below are the ip addresses of virtual interfaces on vlans.

You have one /28 subnet, but on different interfaces.
Tsiska simply does not understand which vlan to send an arp request to get the desired host, most likely it sends either to the first configured one or to the "oldest" one, everything works there, the rest fly by.
In a correct way, one subnet cannot be in several interfaces. (actually, it can, but you need to clearly understand how it will work)
This is a very tricky configuration for those who know what it is doing and why, and it needs either dhcp snooping, or unnumbered poll, or binding hosts manually.
But in a correct way, do not philosophize at all slyly and prescribe different subnets in different vlans.
In general, it is strange that the tsiska allowed to hang an address from one subnet on different interfaces without dancing with tambourines.

And why do you have addresses from the same network on different VLANs? How is this supposed to work in your opinion?
