Why don't network cards see the router?
At the entrance there is a TP-LINK TL-WDR3500 router (Wifi, as well as other computers gives the declared speed), the computer is connected by cable (I checked the cable, there are no questions to it, on the laptop it is 100 Mbps).
Motherboard with integrated network ASUS ROG STRIX B250F GAMING. Windows 10. Behavior: Either the network cable is not connected, or an unidentified network (With DHCP, a different subnet is generally, when manually deriving the IP address - also nothing). I set the speed to 100 Mbps - nothing. The driver put the latest, penultimate, pre-last.
I bought an additional TP-LINK TG-3468 PCI-E network card - the card works at a maximum of 10 Mbps. With incomprehensible gestures, a connection of 100Mbps sometimes slips. (When installing this network card at work, 100 Mbps is stable,)
Please tell me how to solve this problem
