Why don't Multicast packets come?

In the arsenal I have 2 servers and my laptop. I'm trying to send and receive multicast packets, but all attempts fail. They don't come from one server to another, neither from my laptop to the server, nor vice versa.
Servers -

smcroute  -j
tcpdump
mcsend
