Why don't links work when viewed on iPad and iPhone?

I am adapting the site for convenient viewing on tablets and mobile devices: I added a condition for the float:none sidebar to the style file when viewed on screens smaller than 770px. After that, on screens from 770px and below, the sidebar moves down, everything works, the display of content suits me and, I hope, users too.
However, unexpectedly found such a jamb.
When viewing pages on the iPad 3 in landscape orientation, all links and images with links on the pages work fine as usual, but if you turn the tablet vertically (the sidebar goes down), all links in the main content become unclickable, while links in the sidebar at the bottom remain workers. This happens on ALL pages and posts on the site.
When viewed on an iPhone 4s, links in the main content of the pages are also not clickable, but in the sidebar at the bottom they remain working. When viewing records (posts), links remain clickable everywhere.
When you return to the original style file, everything seems to be normal, all links work, but viewing the site on small screens becomes inconvenient.
What could it be? Glitch apple-devices? Or my joint? If my cant is when changing the style file, then I still can’t understand what is so radically changing with the link if the iPad is simply rotated 90 degrees?
I haven't been able to test it on other devices yet. Patient: izgoba.com

@altevsk

That's it, problem solved. Added display:none for the sidebar, removed it from visibility on tablets and mobiles.
