Why don't I receive new order notifications?
Good day to all!
The site is made on CMD WordPress + WooCommerce.
After the client has placed an order and made a payment, the status of the order changes to Processing. And here, if I understand correctly, the admin and the client should receive an E-mail about the order. But the email is not coming.
Moreover, all other letters from the site from the feedback forms come correctly.
I tried to install the WP Mail Logging plugin and see the situation. But there are no letters from WooCommerce in the logs.
I tried installing the Easy WP SMTP plugin and setting up sending emails via SMTP. As a result, all letters come, except for letters about new WooCommerce orders.
Tell me how to set up WooCommerce so that after paying for the order, an E-mail letter would come to the admin?
