Why don't emails reach hotmail and gmail?

Hello, we have had a preliminary launch of the bulletin board.
Mailing to realtors was made. All emails end up in spam. It's not about the IP, it's about the domain.
(At the same time, yandex, mail.ru, rambler.ru and other CIS services do not bully...)
Please help
Domain: slap.com.ua
IP of the server with the site (only technical letters go from here): 46.101.179.4
IP SMTP servers (mailing to groups): 176.112.195.45
We also have personal mailboxes on mail.ru for business, everything is in the slap.com.ua domain
From whatever IP it was sent, everything is in spam.
Each server has a PTR, DKIM, all IPs are registered in SPF.
There is a List-Unsubscribe in the headers:
FBL configured
I don't know what to do anymore!?

@Kartashoff

1. Try to analyze your email using:
https://www.port25.com/support/authentication-cent...
At least it will eliminate obvious jambs in the configuration and tell you what the problem is. Helped me out many times.
2. Look in Yandex (where your letters reach) the value of the service header: "Authentication-Results" whether both dkim and spf are real in pass.
