Why don't DLL files created in C++ work?

After uninstalling Visual Studio, dlls created in C++ stopped working for me, when I noticed such an error, I installed Visual Studio back, but it didn't help...

1) Maybe your dlls require Visual C++ Redistributable;
2) Check your dlls with Dependency Walker.
