Why don't callback requests for https work after downtime?

Good day everyone!
We ran into a problem after switching to https - for some reason, after (approximately) 5 minutes of inactivity (we don’t touch the page in any way, any browser), callback requests stop working. At the same time, everything works stably on http, even though the page hangs all day. IIS 7.5 server.
What is it connected with? How to treat?
