Why doesn't Yandex Advertising work on the site?

Hello. The problem is the following.
I add an ad block from Yandex to my site (a forum on the IPBoard engine) I add it
both through the functionality in the admin panel and directly into the code - the result is the same:
in the console I see the following
GET https://an.yandex.ru/meta/132456?grab =dNCk0L7R ....... 404 Not Found
