Why doesn't wireshark see the interface?

Installed wireshark.
When installing, the answer to the question Should non-superusers be able to capture packets?was YES.
Added a user under which he is logged into the group with the command I sudo adduser vasya wireshark
start wireshark - he does not see the interfaces. If I run it from the console with sudo, it sees it.

If you didn’t reboot after that, then at least log out of the profile and log in again. Until then, changes to the user's groups will not take effect.
