Why doesn't Webstorm add an account from github?

I suffer the second day. Webstorm does not pass password and name. Although I have tried all options. Even changed the password on github itself and still does not want to add. This error pops up all the time. I copied the data from the browser autofill form, through which I log into the account in the github repository itself, to be 100% sure, but still this error. Although if I click Sing up for GitHub, it redirects to the browser and opens my account without any problems.
