Why doesn't VS code suggest css on input?

Hello. Having problems with VS code. When I start to enter something like: ".main" or another class, it does not suggest options. When I first started writing code, the project was in one folder, now I moved it to another folder. Opened a new folder in VS code, all files are displayed, but css does not know. Why is that. Again, the problem arose after moving the project to a new folder.
