Why doesn't Visual Studio see the module?

When importing vk_api and debugging, it gives an error, but when importing and compiling without debugging, everything works fine

The question seems to be closed, I downloaded the module again using easy_install, changed .egg to .zip and threw it into the site-packages folder, it seems to work
