Why doesn't Visual studio give hints?

Recently reinstalled Visual Studio, stopped helping as before. When you write foreach, for example, a hint comes out at the bottom, I click and it displays only the name of the function on the page, but before that I completely designed it. I don't know if I could explain or not, but please help

Adding snippets seems to be handled by the resharper. You may not have installed it, or if it is installed, a reinstallation is required.
