Why doesn't Visual Studio Code show syntax highlighting in .vue files?

I installed a bunch of plugins already to support .vue files, but the studio does not want to highlight syntax and help in writing code.

I had a problem that only some files were not highlighted, and only js code. It turned out that it was necessary to remove the spaces in the closing tag ->
