Why doesn't Visual Studio 2022 show C# .NET Framework method descriptions?

Previously worked on VS 2019 - for any standard .NET Framework methods, detailed descriptions in Russian were displayed for each overload.
Installed Windows 10 and VS 2022, now it only shows the signature (return type, name, parameters, overloads [+ designations "get;" and "set;", if this is a property]), and no description at all!

Please tell me why I suffer so much and how to fix it.
