Why doesn't Visual Studio 2005 want to run the project?

Hello, this is the problem. The other day in Visual Studio 2005 I created several projects (websites) ASP.NET WebSite, everything worked fine. Yesterday I reinstalled the OS, and now the project opens, but does not start. The debug button is simply not active. There are screenshots below. I was told that maybe something is blocking the server on which the websites are launched, but I myself do not know. The system is clean, it costs only vs 2005 and vs 2012 (tried to run from the 12th). Before changing Windows, there were also 2005 and 2012 studios. Please tell me how to fix this, otherwise it will not be very pleasant to redo it again.

@GavriKos

Is IIS installed though?
Throw out 2005 studio, it is outdated for a long time. Use 2013 community for example.
